TYLER!
--------------------------------------------
THIS ladies and gentleman is the saddest dog you will currently meet at DRRH. Tyler was found in Burton breaking out of a home god only knows the horrors he was escaping from. Tyler is very sad in kennels so much he has started to deliberately hurt himself this is why he is our dog of the week. Tyler is only small and we are concerned. Tyler reminds me of a claustrophobic person hating being locked away. Hopefully he won´t be with us long.
CRUNCHIE!
--------------------------------------------
Crunchie certainly lifts the spirits up at DRRH. Great meeting new people just showers them with love and giggles. Can be quite a strong dog just due to his immaturity. Check the ears out on this young man! This picture is of Crunchie before some training on how to sit, he certainly picks things up quickly! Owner would benefit on wanting to train a young puppy and they will reap the rewards quickly! Crunchie in the early days of being with us got reserved showing what a fantastic dog he is in but through no fault of his own the reservation changed due to family issues.
LOLA
--------------------------------------------
LOLA has today been saved from ´death row´ via another organisation after being found as a stray. Lola was never claimed back even after finding her previous owners. So as promised to always help dogs where and when we can LOLA is this week a very lucky young lady. A healthy comical young lady close to having her life ended as landed a place with DRRH in the quest to find caring loving and experienced owners.

SAM
--------------------------------------------
SAM has moved into DRRH after coming to us via our Private Re-home scheme as his previous owners have now been registered disabled and can no longer look after him. Sam is a 9 year old lively Border Collie, fully vaccinated and castrated. SAM loves playing fetch and will play for hours so we are looking for owners in which can walk him and play fetch! Sam has previously lived with other dogs and children without issue. SAM according to his previous owners would make a great companion for an older couple that can spend time with or a young family wanting a lively dog.Sam had no issues travelling in the van today with me giving the circumstances of being split up from his home and family. Given the high stress levels and major confusion this dog is currently under he has come out on top form, a friendly sociable and well mannered gentleman
´Misty´
--------------------------------------------
is a young, female SBT who has come to us as an unclaimed stray dog from Tamworth. Early indications have her as a sweet, young, friendly lady. Assessments are ongoing. Due in 14/07/14
PEGGY
--------------------------------------------
PEGGY! Little Miss Peggy is here today joining us in the quest to find a home! Quite playful young lady approx 18 months old. Great with neighbouring dogs. Adores soft toys and her back scratched. Certainly a happy personality! Understands all basic commands and is extremely obedient. Great in the car and gentle around people and on the lead!
MR STUBBS
--------------------------------------------
Certainly a hit with the ladies at DRRH is MR STUBBS. A pure gentleman, waits for you to walk through a door and then follows, sits without being told to for a treat, stands and allows you to groom him or harness him up all without one single problem. Doesn´t jump up but has the up most respect for people and other dogs. There has been a few move arounds at the kennels as some of the dogs have not been getting along so Mr Stubbs has been plonked in the middle and now peace has been resumed, an asset to DRRH at the moment a shear joy to have around! This timid gentle man will make an ideal family dog and would be good with other animals
